Customer Service Team Leader

About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Trade Team Leader for our Newman based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for both face to face and over the phone customer service with 4 direct reports.
Duties include:
Lead, develop and Coach a customer centric team
Provide an exceptional level of services to customers relating to the client's product range
Maintaining the shopfront to a high standard with a flair of merchandising
Participate in the safety agenda, ensuring all adherence, along with assisting with implement HSE policies and procedures
Identify and assess customer requirements
Maintain store display and cleanliness
Manage specific warehouse operation to achieve KPIs in specific areas
Seek opportunities to improve processes within work area and the team
Ensure all behaviours are being followed by the team including customer priorities, integrity, openness, accountability any and boldness
Skills and Experience
Strong Customer Service experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in team leadership or supervision in a retail environment
Industrial Supply and/or Trade understanding (preferred)
Strong computer skills
Technical product knowledge (preferred)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Right to work in Australia
