Customer Service Team Leader

  • Full-Time Permanent role

  • Flexible working arrangement considered including working from home

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Trade Team Leader for our Newman based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for both face to face and over the phone customer service with 4 direct reports.

Duties include:

  • Lead, develop and Coach a customer centric team

  • Provide an exceptional level of services to customers relating to the client's product range

  • Maintaining the shopfront to a high standard with a flair of merchandising

  • Participate in the safety agenda, ensuring all adherence, along with assisting with implement HSE policies and procedures

  • Identify and assess customer requirements

  • Maintain store display and cleanliness

  • Manage specific warehouse operation to achieve KPIs in specific areas

  • Seek opportunities to improve processes within work area and the team

  • Ensure all behaviours are being followed by the team including customer priorities, integrity, openness, accountability any and boldness

Skills and Experience

  • Strong Customer Service experience

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience in team leadership or supervision in a retail environment

  • Industrial Supply and/or Trade understanding (preferred)

  • Strong computer skills

  • Technical product knowledge (preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Right to work in Australia
