About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Officer for an immediate start based within the Adelaide CBD. This position is for 6 months in duration with opportunities for extension for the right applicant with a Monday to Friday roster. Duties and Responsibilities: Co-ordinating and arranging the administrative process for filing paper documentation following a review Managing routine telephone enquiries from the community Co-ordinating and arranging the administrative processes for various branch or management meetings Responding to queries from clients and members of the public, including the community Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a high volume Customer Service Officer position (preferred) Strong communication and people management skills with a range of audiences Current "C" Class Driver's License and Own Transport Must be either an Australian Citizen
