About the Role

A opportunity has become available for an experienced Civil Leading Hand working on projects in Brisbane. The candidate will be involved in various civil works, focusing on carpark and road constructions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Supervisor in delegation and management of works

• Labouring duties

• Ensuring safety standards are adhered to across staff and subcontractors

• Ability to read and interpret plans and follow guidance from the onsite foreman

• Ability to work independently with a proven track record of operating safely

• Strong team player who supports our client's operations

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience leading a team in a strong civil setting

• Previous experience in carpark and road construction

• Ability to demonstrate leadership and achieve group success

• Able to work under pressure and develop/maintain a healthy team culture

• Drivers Licence

• White Card
