About Our Client:

Australia wide supplier of operations support to agriculture, mining and civil industry for both private and government contracts. Adelaide based and Australian owned our client provide civil earthworks, road construction, water infrastructure and contract mining services.

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking experienced and trade qualified Diesel Fitters to join our client's machinery maintenance team in Roxby Downs.
You will have demonstrated experience in working with Caterpillar and Komatsu heavy earthmoving machinery completing scheduled down servicing, break repairs, defect identification and component overhaul. You will be engaged though WorkPac on a term contract to our client with meals and accommodation provided on roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Focused and committed to upholding all safety standards and procedures

• Follow site maintenance schedule and processes

• Carry out inspections, identifying and raising defects

• Ability to test and diagnose faults in both workshop and field environment

• Component overhauls

• Complete reporting tasks

• Communicate with leadership team on maintenance issues

Skills and Experience:

• Trade Qualified - Diesel Fitter

• Mining/Civil based experience desired

• Knowledge and experience working on Caterpillar and Komatsu machinery

• Current Drivers Licence â Heavy Rigid

• Right to Work - Australia
