ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal and is owned The operate multiple Bowen Basin mines with roots within the Moranbah region.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be an experienced Coal Handing Prep Plant Operator with previous experience of 2 years or more. This role is in a busy CHPP at BMA Blackwater where you will be working as part of a productive and safe team.

• Operate and monitor the Coal Handling Prep Plant (CHPP)

• Performance of production tasks including inspections, trouble-shooting of production issues, machinery operation & cleaning activities to maintain housekeeping standards

• Identifying & rectifying hazards, damage & defects

• Ensure all incidents, breaches, near misses & hazards are reported on

• Stockpile Dozer operation

• Train Loadout

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• A professional attitude & ability to work autonomously in a team environment

• An ability to embrace change & help drive continuous improvement of the team
  Hold or be willing to attain a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical

• Current SSE Signed skills list and 2 years prior experience in a CHPP

• Current Drivers Licence & Right to Work in Australia
