- 12 Hour Shifts
- Day Shifts initially, then DS & NS once Level 1 training completed
- FIFO Port ex Perth
- 6 Months with potential to be ongoing

About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to respond to planned and unplanned events relating to AutoHaul trains across the network.

Typical activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support AutoHaul operations on the mainline, including responses to both planned and unplanned events in addition to infield inspections & minor maintenance
- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility
- Review previous inspection reports in AIMS and SAP.
- Reporting of new defects and changes to existing defects as per standards.
- Follow work order's, including daily time confirmations and raising of defects with priorities.
- Provide reports detailing concerns and furtherer requirements.
-Report all events and hazards to direct supervisor.
- Ensure that the all work is maintained in a clean and safe way ensuring minimal impact on the environment
- Requirement to travel remotely and autonomously throughout the rail network

About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

- Current "C" class Drivers Licence
- Excel and word experience preferred
- Ability to pass a CAT 1 rail medical
- SAP work management experience Desirable
- Must be able to work at a high standard autonomously
- Understanding of safety and environmental principles governing the work environment
- Sound communication skills
- Literacy skills (min WA grade 10 or equivalent)
- Basic mathematics
