ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an open-pit coal mine that produces high-quality hard coking coal and is one of Australia's biggest coal mines by recoverable coal reserves. It's located 31 kilometres southeast of Moranbah in Queensland's Bowen Basin on the traditional lands of the Barada Barna people.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy mine as a Dump Truck Operator. You will be operating a CAT 797or above and KOM 830 & 930 within a coal mining setting. You will be working an even time roster, 7/7 and roles are available for FIFO and DIDO Operators. Camp and Meals are supplied.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous mining experience operating dump trucks with a minimum skill of CAT 789.

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.

• SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
