About the Role

Our client has an opportunity available for an experienced Electrical Fitter at Rio Tinto's Brockman 2 site. The successful candidate will be committed to safety and will also have the ability to work in a strong team environment.

Your duties will include;

• Perform complex troubleshooting, fault rectification duties, repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance procedures to meet the operational requirements of the specific location

• Maintenance, Breakdown response, repair and installation of all Fixed Plant electrical and associated equipment

• Inspection and repairs of compressors

• Equipment isolations

• Statutory compliance of all electrical equipment

• Reporting of all hazards and defects to supervisor

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years in similar role

• Fixed Plant experience

• Electrical Fitter Trade Certificate

• WA Electrical License

• Current Australian 'C' manual class driver licence
