About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client on a Wind Farm project based north of Albany. The successful candidate will be required to work on site weekly, with flexible working hours considered.
Implementation of safety and hygiene provisions in the workplace and environmental protection, in compliance with local legislation.
Perform safety inspections
Assuring the compliance of electrical works performed with Issued for Construction (IFC) Design, Technical Specification, contractual requirements, quality, local laws, and site sustainability.
Monitoring progress of electrical work activities
Performing the measurement and classification of work executed and the compilation of the booklets of measurements and accounting required for the payment approval.
Implementing Quality Control Plans on site
Support the Site Coordinator by ensuring the implementation of Design Change and Non-Conformity resolution during construction and assembly activities.
Supervise electrical subcontractors to meet technical and quality requirements set forth in electrical drawings and specifications.
Monitoring all electrical activities relating to project schedule.
Assist the on-site construction team in resolving technical or engineering issues with vendors and contractors.
Design/drafting as necessary to assist the design team.
Skills and Experience
5+ years experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or similar
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
WA C Class Drivers Licence and White Card
