We are looking for an electrician - Industrial / commercial based.
The candidate will need to supply their own hand tools and basic power tools , grinder, drill , impact driver etc. Any specialised power or hand tools will be provided.
This person will be managed under the ( install ) banner but will also be self managed and required to source components and materials for the job that they are required to undertake.
The electrician will be supplied with a work van / work phone to use during business hours
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:
Build control boards
Install and program VSD / VFD
Install and wire up fans and associated electrical components
Install and wire up many different types / range of electrical motors and equipment ranging from small 1kw units to large 250kw units.
Be able to run power cable to mains board
Have good computer knowledge
Assist on emergency breakdowns and servicing of electrical components.
The candidate must have the following:
A class electrical ticket
Construction White Card
Drivers Licence
Also would be desirable:
Working at heights
EWP ticket
Boom lift ticket
Confined Spaces
Scissor Lift ticket
