WorkPac Health and Social Care are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurse staff to work a three month contract within the largest correctional centre in Australia. Clarence is a state-of-the-art Correctional Facility in NSW and is located approximately 3.5 hours from Brisbane and 6 hours from Sydney.

Job Role

As an Enrolled Nurse working in Primary Care you will require the ability to work autonomously to complete medication rounds, conduct clinical assessments, emergency response, conduct post-trauma/injury assessments and other primary health care services. This is quite an active role with onsite training provided.

Placement requirements are a minimum of three months with an extension for the right candidates.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in Australia as an EN

• Triage/emergency experience mandatory, corrections experience advantageous

• Diploma of Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA

• Current First Aid and BLS Certification (ALS preferred) (12 month validity)

• National Criminal History Check (issued within last 3 months)

• COVID Vaccination Evidence (Minimum 2 doses)

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
