About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Environment Advisor to join the Rio Tinto team in Perth. This role will work a Monday to Friday roster based in the Central Park office in their Environment Operations department.

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collecting exploration disturbance and rehabilitation GIS data exploration rehabilitation
Collating exploration rehabilitation reports for submission to the Regulator
Analysing GIS data to analyse compliance to environmental approvals
Liaison with internal stakeholders to discuss environment requirements
About You:
Background in GIS
Background in Statutory reporting and/or Environment Advisor role
Report Writing
Environment experience and background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Teachable and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
Current C Class Australian Licence
Full Working Rights in Australia
