About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Specialist for a large corporate client on a project based at Olympic Dam. As the Facilities Specialist you will be accountable for contract supervision of the on-site facilities contract partner delivering cleaning, PPE store and laundry services for the project.
This role is FIFO from Adelaide and is working a Monday to Friday roster.
Duties will Include:
Conduct in field cleaning reviews with Business Partner Leadership on a daily basis
Participate in Business Partner prestart meetings
Ensure the quality objectives of the Office, Crib, cleaning and supplies are fully delivered
Develop and manage remediation plans with the Facilities Business Partner
Ensure contractor safety management systems are in place and followed effectively
Integrate with key stakeholders and customer to asses the output delivered by the Business Partner
