• $28.46p/h (plus $4.27ph afternoon loading) -overtime paid at penalty rates

About our client

Involved in the production and distribution of air conditioners, flexible ducting, sheet metal fittings, cushion boxes, grilles, diffusers, copper, zoning and accessories to the air conditioning industry. Our client has seen an increase in workload resulting in a high demand for production workers. Their yard is based in Tweed Heads (New South Wales) and they have vacancies for workers on their afternoon shifts.

What you will be doing

As a member of the production crew you will be primarily responsible for the assembly of cooling systems. Your core duties will include:

• Usage of silicon gun

• Usage of tape gun

• Cutting and bending sheet metal

This is an ongoing position with an immediate start whereby the candidate with also have the opportunity to move into a full-time/permanent position with the company.

What you will need

• Ability to complete labour intensive tasks

• Driver's license + transport

• Willingness to be part of a tightly knit team

• Previous production or manufacturing background

• Strong work ethic

• 2 x work-related references
