About the role

We are searching for a Field Technician to assist in the installation of gas collection systems and leach aid systems in various locations around the greater Adelaide area.

Duties and Responsibilities

The role involves a variety of tasks prevalent with a trade assistant role, but mostly will be installation work (laying pipes, hooking up manifolds, digging trenches (machine), etc.) and monitoring/maintenance work (servicing flares, servicing/cleaning equipment, calibrating equipment, etc.)

There is also an element of IT use involved with entering reports, use of email and other basic computer tasks

The role would suit someone with a qualification in an environmental or geological field, who's happy to begin in a technical role to learn about the systems from the ground up and progress their career within the organisation

Skills/Experience

• Valid driver's licence

• Construction industry white card

• Good work ethic

• Able to follow safe work practices

• Able to work as a constructive member of a small team and work without supervision

• Have a constructive attitude to work

• Any plant tickets would be advantageous

COVID vaccination is also required (to meet Government mandates)
