About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Hydraulic Manufacturing client based in Adelaide. This position will be a full time permanent role, direct with the client and the roster will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is responsible to perform and oversee the general accounting and reporting for HYTORC South Pacific operations in located Australia
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively obtaining missing purchase orders so as to maximize invoicing interface with sales administration
Preparation of tax returns (e.g., GST and income tax)
Prepare monthly rental credit report for Sales Management quarterly for agents
Review purchase ledger to ensure that invoices have been received
Process invoices for inventory items received from HYTORC USA and HYTORC Technologies
Posting and allocation of Accounts Payable
