Our client is a locally owned Engineering and Fabrication company with experience in workshop fabrication and repairs, on site repairs and maintenance. Their clients range from small individual consumers to large commercial and industrial businesses.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter with welding/boiler making experience to commence at a workshop in Hemmant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Experience in fault finding

• Assure safe working practices

• Experience working on mechanical equipment

• Welding skills, tig, mig, stick

• Complete machinery inspections

• Repair and test machinery

Skills & Qualifications

• Trade Qualification

• Recent experience with fabrication and fitting structural steel

• Experience working within a workshop environment

• White Card

• Current Drivers Licence

• Full PPE

• Current Resume with minimum 2 x work reference's

• Availability for an immediate start

• Reliable and strong work ethics
