About the Position

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Fitters for ongoing work in Perth. These operations are within the rail grinding sector. This opportunity will be permanent with the client.

Skills and Experience

• WA C Class Drivers Licence

• Mechanical Fitting Trade Certificate or Heavy Diesel Fitting

• Perform basic maintenance on engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, grinding units under supervision

• Fault find (under supervision) mechanical systems

• Have understanding or better of PLC functionality

• Be able to understand technical manuals/operation manuals

• Become familiar with schematics

• Perform calibrations on equipment under supervision

• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical
