About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our client Rio Tinto in their Rail Operations team on an ongoing basis. This role will be working a 5 day week roster for locals to the Tom Price region or FIFO 5:2 4:3 day shift roster.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilising SAP to perform detailed planning of jobs, capturing improvement changes, developing estimations of resource requirements and ordering materials

• Create, publish and track the budget for area responsibility

• Prioritising work with Supervisors, Superintendents and external departments, utilising your considerable stakeholder and relationship building skills

Skills and Experience

• Previous Planning experience

• SAP experience

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and Excel
