As one Australia's most experienced and skilled contractor in providing road and infrastructure upgrades our client has successful established their services on contracts from the Pilbara Western Australia to Far North Queensland. Specializing in the major projects of highway reconstruction, realignment, upgrades and bridge replacements.

About the Role

WorkPac are seeking motivated and experienced trade qualified Formwork Carpenters to commence on a major civil construction project in Cairns. You will be engaged through WorkPac on a term contract with potential for ongoing work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Commitment to safe work practices and policies

• Ability to read and interpret design plans and drawings

• Enthusiasm to meet schedule targets for project

• Cutting and assembling of materials

• Constructing framework for concrete pours

Skills & Experience

• Trade Qualified Carpenter

• A strong understanding of the regulations and safety standards of the building and construction industry in Queensland.

• Organization and planning skills

• White Card

• Current Drivers Licence

• Right to work within Australia
