About the Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced loader operator to join the project road seal widening contract on the Great Northern Highway.

This role is working 11:3 roster, 4.5 hours travel is paid each way to and from site, with an $8 flat project allowance. Meals and accommodation is provided. Cycle starts Monday and you will return home on Thursday.

Hourly rate for this role is $60.00 per hour.

To be suitable for this role you must have experience operating Cat 930 and Cat 950. The 950 Loader will primarily involve loading Side tippers at a Borrow Pit. The 930 will primarily be involved in clearing and stockpiling vegetation from road verge. Loading the stockpiled material into trucks and also, working with Grader crews spreading road base on road surface, ahead of Grader crew.

We are particularly interested in Loader operators with Road construction experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cat 930 and Cat 950 experience

• Road construction experience - preferred
