Are you currently working as a Civil Operator and have been looking for that foot in the door to Mining? WorkPac are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who may have experience working on Civil Projects operating Equipment such as Moxys, Dozers, Graders or Excavators. Have you got a Farming or Agricultural operating background and also looking for that step up?

We will be conducting an Assessment Centre and we want you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will become a part of a busy production environment within a mine site. Working with WorkPac, you will be kick starting your career in the resources sector, giving yourself the opportunity to upskill, grow and develop.

The duties and responsibilities you will eventually undertake -

• Operate mobile plant and equipment such as CAT 793 and above

• Work a 7/7 Roster

• Prestart and Safety checks while carrying out regular housekeeping

This role will require candidates with strong safety aptitude, work ethic and desire to build a lasting career. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Recruitment Process that can consist of Interview/References, Assessment Centre, Pre-employment checks/Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screening.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous experience within Civil Projects (Earthmoving/Sub Division/Infrastructure) and a competent operator. Agricultural or previous machine operating experience desirable.

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.

• Relevant RII or experience, Drivers Licence & Right to Work in Australia

• Ability to be a team player, safety focused and desire to be a part of a diverse and ever-changing environment
