About the Client

For over 60 years, our client has been constructing, transporting and installing modular buildings. They have been a part of numerous nation-building and smaller scale projects alike. They provide modular buildings for mine sites, schools, training centres, urban building sites, community and sports buildings and developing regional infrastructure.

They are currently seeking experienced Handypersons / Trade Assistants with roofing or building experience for Yard based work in Yatala.

What you will be doing

You will be required to work Monday - Friday from 6.15am working 8/9 hour days. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring the high-quality construction and assembly of modular buildings. Your daily tasks will include:

• Install and align doors to meet design specifications, ensuring proper functionality and aesthetics.

• Framing windows within modular structures with precision and durability

• Construct and install roofing systems on modular buildings

• Operate forklifts up to 16 tons transporting materials and components within yard

What you will need

• Roofing experience

• Prior experience working with modular building

• High Risk Forklift Licence (Highly desirable)

• Construction White Card

• Current resume with 2 x work related references

• Current QLD Drivers Licence and own reliable transport
