Overview:

WorkPac require an experienced Vac Truck Operator to perform hydro excavation works on our work sites in the Barossa Valley.

As one of our Vac Truck Operators, you will be required to perform all duties associated with hydro excavation to expose gas mains and services.

The successful applicant will take charge of our Volvo Vac Truck.

Duties you will be doing:

- Driving and operating the VAC truck

- Fill the truck unit with water

- Vac continuously on a daily basis

- Dispose of spoil daily

- Maintain and look after the truck meticulously

- Work to a high standard

- Maintain a strong work ethic

What you will need:

- Valid HR truck licence

- VAC truck experience

- White Card (Construction Induction Card)

- Must have transport

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to prioritise safety at all times

- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team
