About the Role:

As a Workshop Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you'll perform quality mechanical repairs and depot maintenance for our Yutong fleet. Sustainability practices are also part of your role.

Operational Requirements:

• Proficiency in mechanical servicing and repairs.

• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.

• Safely test drive vehicles after service/repairs.

• Accurate record-keeping.

• Compliance with safety standards.

Administration Requirements:

• Complete logs and job sheets to standard.

• Address Department of Transport requirements.

• Timely documentation.

• Adherence to company policies.

What you will need:

• Trade Certificate in Heavy Duty Mechanical.

• 2-3 years of bus/truck industry experience.

• Strong teamwork, effective communication, and respect for diversity.

• Customer-centric focus and needs identification.

• Leadership qualities, motivation, and influence.

• Professionalism, commitment, adaptability, and self-leadership.
