About the Role

Support the Project Lead, to test and roll out SAP modules, Remote Logistics Management (RLM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Duties & Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:-

• Coach and advise team members ensuring effective RLM and EWM process and system use.

• Support the Line Managers with embedding processes during Hypercare/Warranty phase by:

• Triaging 1SAP process issues from 1SAP system issues - ensuring only valid system issues are logged

• Monitoring and escalating 1SAP service tickets as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following: -

• Strong understanding of inbound logistics, inventory, and warehouse management business processes.

• Experience in warehouse management and logistics

• Experience in SAP Remote Logistics Management (RLM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• Previous experience in SAP implementations favorable

• Demonstrated ability to coach and enable team members.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credible and constructive relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to engage or motivate others without the use of formal authority.
