About the Role:

Workpac are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager for our adventure tourism client based in Broome, WA.

Our Client is a leading tourism operator providing adventure day trips and luxury overnight tours within the Kimberley region. Due to an increase in business, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage and support the Pontoon hosts whilst working in a hands-on capacity alongside the team to deliver high standards in the dining and accommodation areas. This role will be based 12 days on the pontoon accommodation with 3 days back in Brooke during peak season. Accommodation and meals are provided.

Key Duties:

• Oversee the hospitality operations on the Pontoon accommodation in the Kimberley region

• Ensure guests are receiving quality service from start to finish of their stay

• Manage the Pontoon Host Team with working hours and delegating tasks

• Lead and mentor the host team to ensure performance is at a high standard

• Supervise the host team in daily cooling and cleaning duties to maintain high standards

Experience Required:

• Ideally hold 5 years hospitality industry experience with 2 years plus in a management role

• Must hold current Senior First Aid and RSA

• Hold excellent health and safety values

• Have excellent people management skills with a passion for tourism with fantastic customer service skills

• Must hold full working rights in Australia. Open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand.
