WorkPac is seeking a HR Administrator/Recruiter for an ongoing position locally in Mount Isa within the Mining Industry.

Duties will include:

• End-to-end recruitment

• Sourcing suitable applicants

• Shortlisting and Phone Screening

• Completing reference checks

Requirements of the Role Include:

• Strong administrational or recruitment background

• Professional, accurate and excellent written and verbal communication

• Confidently liaise with people at all levels both in person and over the phone

Mount Isa Mines Site Access is required for this position, and those with a current medical? and site inductions are preferred, however this is not mandatory.

The successful applicant will be working closely with all departments at the mine on a variety of matters, and will be expected to use relevant agreements, policies and legislation to provide HR consulting advice to managers and staff. Experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Fair Work legislation, contracts and awards is desirable, however applicants with a Recruitment background would still be considered.
