About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administrator in Port Hedland, within our clients Health, Safety & Environment team. This role will start off on a 3-month contract, leading to possible permanent employment. This role is for Port Hedland (and surrounding) residents.

Responsibilities:

Administrate and support system ensuring compliance with all management system standard, codes, and legal requirements

Calendar management and travel arrangements for the HSE staff

Document control and record keeping

Manage, compile, and resolve statistical data and fleet vehicle requirements

General ad-hoc duties and office support

Skills and Experience

Strong administration experience

Microsoft Office proficient

Data entry skills

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement

WA C Class Drivers Licence
