About the Role
In partnership with our renewable construction client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a Solar Farm Project in Pilbara WA.
Responsibilities will Include:
Oversee day-to-day safety on site
Provide WHS&E support and advice to project personnel
Work alongside the project management team to implement project specific management plans that align with Client requirements
Implementation of HSE documentation on site (HSEMP, SWMS etc)
Liaise with Client HSE personnel
Manage incident reports and investigations in consultation with the Project Management team to meet company and Client requirements
Promote and encourage HSE awareness, compliance and culture throughout the project
Facilitate risk assessment studies with the project management team and Client
Develop Safe Work Method Statements for high-risk construction works
Monitor compliance with SWMS, safety policies and procedures on site
