About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an HSE Advisor to assist with the ongoing daily provision of HSE support, advice, training, mentoring, reporting functions and systems maintenance for our client, SRG Global operations. This role is Karratha based. Monday to Friday with some weekend work if required.

Duties include:

Daily stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business to effectively influence and implement the SRG Global standards and culture of zero harm.

Assist the HSE Business Partner with the development, implementation, and maintenance of key safety activities at an operational level, along with other system requirements including training, hazard controls, incident reporting and analysis.

Assistance with preparation of reports, alerts, and other safety documentation

Assist operational management with action outcomes from audits.

Facilitation internal training programs as required.

Skills & Experience

Relevant experience in a safety role

Diploma in Work Health and Safety or equivalent (desirable)

3+ years operational experience

Strong teamwork skills

Knowledge of Work Health Safety Legislation

Safety management system experience

Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

Strong communication and organisation skills

Flexible approach to work

WA Drivers Licence
