About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a HSE Business Partner to join our leading Mining client for a casual position for an immediate start. This position will be for a casual ongoing basis with options to move to permanency, and will have a 9-Day Fortnight Roster, 12-hour days, based in site in Blackwater or Emerald. A company vehicle will be provided.
The HSE Business Partner role is designed to partner with, coach and advise our senior leaders. Each HSE Business Partner is assigned to an area within our operations.
Day-to-day they will drive our HSE standards, culture and systems to ensure we meet our performance goals. The HSE Business Partner will maintain credible relationships and be a trusted advisor to our Area General Managers and Site Leadership Teams.
