About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our clients team down at the Kwinana Power Station on a maximum term basis until December 2022. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Outage Management team on all issues relating to the management of Workplace, Health & Safety during the course of the outage, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of facility.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Supporting the development and management of risk management process and register

• Develop and execute safety initiatives and activities, including site inspections and audits

• Provide support and advise for effective incident investigations

• Provide support and coaching in the identifications of hazards, control of hazards, completing the analysis and reports on hazard management effectiveness and trends

Skills and Experience

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety

• Experience working in a similar role within Occupational, Health and Safety

• Experience with a power generating plant maintenance

• Strong communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency

• Right to work in Australia
