Administration/Logistics Officer

  • $30 phr plus penalties & Super

  • Previous administration or logistics experience

  • Based in Gladstone

About the Role

We are looking for an Administration/Logistics Officer for a project in Gladstone, Previous experience in Administration/Logistics is required

Skills and Experience

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Experience with logistics Admin

  • Quotes & PO
    Transport co ordination

  • Co-ordinating equipment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Intermediate MS Office Suite knowledge

  • Customer interaction F2F and Phone

  • MS Office Suite knowledge (Excel etc advantage)

  • Experience in Hire equipment would be an advantage

  • General office duties

This position with be Monday to Friday 38 hour week - overtime may be required, until Dec 18th At this stage.
