About the Role

Our Client based in Australind is seeking a experienced IT Support Technician to join the team. Working at the Australind site you'll be responsible for overseeing IT Support for the site.

The role is contract for six months with the view to convert to permanent (direct with Client).

Required Skills and Experience

Three or more years IT experience supporting end users and computing infrastructure.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory domain environments. Familiar with Outlook and Office 365 user administration.

Able to prioritise user incidents through an ITIL based ticketing system and drive problems to resolution.

Experience in PC support and administration both hardware and software troubleshooting.

Experience with Microsoft operating systems and applications; both server & desktop environments. Predominately Windows 10, Server 2012 - 2019.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Broad technical knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN and virtualised server environments, storage and compute technologies.

Able to work collaboratively in a local small team and participate in global work teams.

Ability to develop rapport with IT customers, understand and articulate user requirements and issues.
