Prime Medical Placements are a proud member of the WorkPac Health & Social Care Group. We are a leading provider of recruitment services within the health care industry located in Adelaide. We are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Hands to join our growing team.

About the role

As an agency Kitchen Hand for Prime Medical Placements, you will have the opportunity to work with our Residential Aged Care Clients in Adelaide. The right candidates for this role will have experience in providing food handling and preparation services, great attention to detail, be self-motivated, flexible and have strong communication skills.

  • Assisting to prepare nourishing meals in consultation with individual care plans and taking into consideration special dietary needs

  • Washing dishes and cleaning according to the Food Safety Program

  • Adhering to and assisting with general Food Safety compliance activities

  • Proven ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively

Skills and experience

  • Valid Working rights in Australia

  • Experience in a kitchen environment and food services (preferably Residential Aged Care)

  • Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19 (1st, 2ndand Booster required)

  • Current National Police Clearance

  • 2022 Influenza Vaccination Evidence

  • NDIS Clearance (existing or must be willing to apply)
