About Our Client

Specialising in the protection and remediation of steel/concrete structures our client is looking to add to their already growing business. They have positions available for labourers to work in an ongoing role on a project based in Tugun (QLD).

What You Will Be Doing

Working 9-10 hour days Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends), the successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously and also be available to commence immediately. The position is site-based, where the labourer will be expected to grind away corrosion & rust from existing structures, then applying a fresh coating through the use of high pressure paint hoses.

What Will You Need?

• Working at Heights ticket (completed within two years)

• Current high risk EWP ticket (WP)

• Construction white or blue card

• Previous experience using a grinder

• Proven experience and understanding of construction is essential

• Ability to complete manual lifting and labouring activities

• Reliable transport and driver's licence

• Positive attitude and willingness to progress within the company
