Leading Hand

About the Role

Seeking a skilled leading hand for a civil job located in Glenwood. The role will be on a road works project and require the successful candidate to work alongside a small crew including subcontractors. Reporting to the Site Manager you will need to be able to work on the ground operating and labouring but also act as a leading hand and provide direction to the workers.

Duties & responsibilities

• Leading small crew

• Site labouring

• Operating rollers

• Working autonomously

• Ability to multi task

Skills/Experience

• Current resume with 2x work related referees

• Available to commence immediately

• A strong work ethic

• Current RII Roller

• Current Drivers licence
