About the Role

An ongoing opportunity exists for skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Fitter who will contribute to the successful operations of the Nammuldi mine site located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Reporting to the Light Maintenance Equipment Supervisor, you will repair and conduct mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance and repairs on 4WDs, ancillary equipment and road trains.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of 4WD light vehicles, road trains and ancillary mining equipment

  • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting/interpretive skills in both the mechanical and electrical components of vehicles

  • Relevant Australian recognised trade certification

  • Air-conditioning accreditation (AAC02 - Automotive Air Conditioning Licence)

  • Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)

  • HR Drivers Licence (preferred)
