About the Role

Ongoing opportunities exist for skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Fitters who will contribute to the successful operations of Rio Tinto's Marandoo mine site located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Reporting to the Light Maintenance Equipment Supervisor, you will repair and conduct preventative maintenance on 4WDs and ancillary vehicles / machinery.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of 4WD light vehicles

• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting/interpretive skills

• Relevant Australian recognised trade certification

• Air-conditioning accreditation (AAC02 - Automotive Air Conditioning Licence)

• Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)

• HR Drivers Licence (preferred)
