About the Role

WorkPac are seeking multiple experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics for a local mining client based in Singleton and Muswellbrook . The successful candidates will be required to complete repairs, maintenance and servicing on mine spec light vehicles in a workshop setting.

The rate will be $42.80 per hour base rate with penalties.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm in an ongoing role.

Depending on your location, this will determine the workshop you will be working from - either Singleton or Muswellbrook.

This opportunity will be temp to perm following 3 months for the right candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out services on mine spec light vehicles/fleet vehicles

• General repairs and maintenance

• Follow a Monday to Friday, dayshift roster

Skills & Experience

• Experience on mine spec 4WDs and diesel engines

• Fault finding and diagnostic skills

• Light Vehicle Trade Paper/ Cert of Proficiency

• Tradesperson Certificate/ Licence

• Drivers Licence
