About our Client

McArthur River Mine is located on one of the world's largest deposits of zinc and lead, about 970km south-east of Darwin in Australia's Northern Territory. Zinc and lead is mined and processed at McArthur River Mine and trucked to Bing Bong Loading Facility of the Gulf of Carpentaria, where it is then shipped around the world.

McArthur River Mine which is run by Glencore includes an open cut mine and processing facilities

What you will be doing

Repairs and maintains light vehicles, trucks, fire trucks, forklifts, elevated work platforms, and services.
80% work based in workshop with assistive lifting devices, overhead cranes and trolleys available.
20% work in field performing breakdown repairs with awkward positions.

Increased manual handling required.
