About The Client
The main purpose of Assembly Operator role is to assemble, test, paint and pack valves and controls working to production specifications within the assembly, painting and dispatch areas. Using hand and power tools and operating equipment such as test rigs, drills, while adhering to standards and procedures for quality and safety.
What You Will Be Doing
To carry out mechanical repairs to valves, actuators and other flow control equipment
To test Manual and Control/ Automated valves and pump equipment within the workshop.
To have good understanding of maintenance procedures and repairing of mechanical and automated valving.
SAP knowledge
Flexible proactive attitude to work.
Work from drawings, quality plans, special instruction documents and work instructions to determine the correct assembly procedure.
