Our Client owns and operates one of the worlds largest coal rail networks, linking approximately 50 mines with three major ports in Queensland. The Company has a very strong commitment to Health and Safety, which enables them toprovide customers with integrated freight and logistics solutions across an extensive national rail and road network, traversing Australia.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to commence work with our well known client close to Mackay. You will be working 10 hour day shifts, 8 days on and 6 days off with successful candidates starting as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

A "hands on" attitude

• Welding and fabrication

• The ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Also work well with others in a team environment.

Be able to solve problems on the go

Skills and Experience

Boilermaker Trade Certificate

• Welding and fabrication experience

• Good eye for details

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Right to work within Australia
