Job Title: Mechanical Trades Assistant
Location: Bunbury
Duration: 2.5 Months (Monday to Friday)
Hourly Rate: $40 per hour plus penalties

Are you a skilled and reliable individual with a passion for mechanical trades? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Mechanical Trades Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 2.5 months, with the potential for further opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Mechanical Trades conducting maintenance on waste collection vehicles

• Assist our experienced tradespeople with various mechanical tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Operate machinery and tools under supervision.

• Help with inventory management and material handling.

• Perform tasks efficiently and with a strong attention to safety.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license is a must.

• Forklift ticket or certification preferred.

• Previous experience in a mechanical or trade-related role is an advantage.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
