About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist to join our client Rio Tinto well established team, located in their Operations Centre in Perth. This role will be working in the Asset Management team on a Monday to Friday roster for a full time opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Functional Location development & updates.

• Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item & Task List development & updates.

• Construction Type, PM Assemblies & BOM's development & updates.

• Any other general SAP MPA module master data updates and management to support planning and maintenance functions.

• Maintain task & project overview with frequent progress reporting.

Skills and Experience

• SAP MPA module master data updates and management experience.

• Maintenance planning or scheduling experience.

• Deep understanding of system requirements to support asset maintenance.

• Maintenance requirements and aligning operational systems and processes.

• Experience in a heavy industrial process plant environment.

• Project management knowledge.

• Knowledge and application of risk and change management systems.

• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles.

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance processes and systems.

• Knowledge of maintenance shutdowns and shutdown cycles.

• Work experience in MPA master data, long term or short term planning.

• Trade or engineering qualified.
