About our Client

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.

About the Role

WorkPac has an opportunity at Hope Downs 4 Rio Tinto Iron Ore mine site located in the Pilbara for an experienced Fixed Plant Operator who will contribute to the successful operations of the wet and dry processing plants.

As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. This role is fly in fly out of Perth or certain regional locations, with various rosters on offer.

Skills and Experience

• Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the processing plants (wet or dry)

• Fault finding and plant resets

• Operation of stackers and reclaimers

• Enjoy working outdoors doing a physically challenging role

• Confined Space & Working at Heights

• Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)
