About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to assist our leading mining client at their Hay Point Coal Terminal site. This role is a temporary initial 12-month role with the view to extend, for 45-50 hours per week.
Reporting to the Superintendent Modifications & Operations Projects, the role is based at Hay Point Coal Terminal. This role will see you provide project management and leadership expertise to drive world class delivery of assigned projects. This will involve the execution of tasks associated with providing engineering technical support and ensuring a robust risk and benefit-based assessment process is followed for engineering projects and applications. Above all, as part of a highly collaborative team, you will work with all internal and external stakeholders and manage engineering and construction contractors to achieve the right outcome for the business.
