Labourer

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Labourer for an immediate start in an on-going role in Mount Isa.

• $37.57 per hour

About Our Client

One of the worlds largest mining companies producing copper, zinc, silver, and lead, has provided an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to work in the mining industry. Comprising of underground mines, mineral processing and smelting operations, power generation, and support, our client owns 25 mines internationally and together with WorkPac we are seeking experience personnel to help support our daily operations. Our client's employees and contractors in Australia make a major contribution to the local, regional and national economies.

What you will be doing

We are seeking labourers for an ongoing role for the right candidates, operating various equipment and labouring duties such as shovelling, hosing and water blasting. Applicants with a high risk forklift licence, HR driving licence and other operating tickets (bobcat, loader, etc.) are highly regarded.

What you will need:

• Willing to work in lead environments wearing a respirator for up to the entire shift

• General hand labouring experience

• Must be able to complete and pass a full medical, and inductions

• High Risk Licence FL Class highly regarded but not essential

• HR truck licence highly regarded but not essential
