About our client

WorkPac has partnered with an Open-Cut Coal Mine which is situated 120km southwest of Gladstone and 20km northeast of the thriving regional township of Biloela. The mine has operated since 1944 producing coal primarily for domestic power generation, alumina refining and export markets. The mine extends across 180 square kilometres and contains an estimated coal resource of up to 1.07 billion tonnes.

What you will be doing

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Moxy Operators for a 5-month project on a coal mine near Biloela. In this role you will be operating CAT 789, Hitachi EH4500, EH500, Komatsu 930 Dump Trucks being loaded by Excavators. These roles are working a lifestyle roster (5/4) with camp and meals provided for the duration of the project.

What you will need

• SSE Signed Skills List, RII ticket and reference

• Coal Board Medical

• Standard 11

• QLD Drivers Licence

• Right to work in Australia documentation
